Key information about our vessel rental services
What do you provide with a typical vessel rental?
Each rental comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The specific items provided can vary based on the package — evening sails come with upgraded beverages and light fare, and business rentals offer meeting amenities and corporate catering selections.
When should I reserve?
For best availability, we suggest reserving 2–3 weeks before your intended departure, more so in the high season from May to September. For corporate gatherings and private events, a 4–6 week advance booking is advisable for optimal choice and customization time.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our client's safety comes first. In case the captain judges the weather as unsafe, we suggest rescheduling to an alternate date or provide a complete reimbursement. We closely track meteorological patterns and will reach out 24 hours before your trip if the forecast looks uncertain.
May I bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Guests are welcome to supply their own snacks and refreshments. Additionally, we offer exceptional catering services and are able to tailor menu options to your preference. We must mention that for safety reasons, glass containers onboard are not allowed.
Are your vessels suitable for guests with certain accessibility needs?
We aim to accommodate every guest. Certain boats are equipped with more accessible features. When making a reservation, please discuss any individual needs, and we will guide you to the most appropriate vessel and make any needed arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 or more hours ahead of the set sail receive a complete refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours are subject to a refund of 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund, with exceptions for weather-related or mechanical issues on our end.
